For over 30 years, Harley-Davidson® has been offering Harley® Owners Group (H.O.G.®) Chapters across the country. Today, approximately 1,400 such chapters are in existence, each associated with a Harley-Davidson® dealer. These dealerships serve as a focal point for many of the chapter’s activities. H.O.G.® Chapters serve as a social and informational conduit for Harley® owners to have fun, conduct fundraisers, organize rides and share tips.
When you purchase a new, unregistered Harley-Davidson®, you automatically receive a one-year membership in the national H.O.G.® organization. This membership is required prior to joining a local chapter.
The Maverick H.O.G.® Chapter
Maverick Harley-Davidson® is sponsor of the Maverick Harley® Owners Group chapter. The group, one of the largest in the state, has weekly activities, including a dinner ride every Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm. The group also organizes weekend activities, and almost every month an overnight ride is planned.
The Ladies of Harley® (LOH) is a part of the chapter, and addresses issues and organizes rides for the female members.
The group holds monthly meetings on the first Saturday of each month. This is where events are planned, Road Captains are assigned, and the chapter’s business is discussed. The H.O.G.® Rides
One of the main benefits of becoming a member of the Maverick H.O.G.® chapter is the variety of rides available. These rides, generally closed to the public, range from short rides throughout the area to multi-day camping trips. The chapter organizes rides to barbecues and parties and the weekly Wednesday dinner rides are very popular.
Chapter rides are a great way to safely ride with an organized group and better get to know other members.

The dealership is family-owned by Alfred and Maritia Keeling and their daughter Caroline Calhoon and her husband Chris Calhoon. Maverick Harley-Davidson® is open Monday through Friday from 10am until 7pm, and Saturdays 9am until 6pm. The dealership is closed on Sundays.
